I. Executive Summary

Hard Rock Café was established in the year 1971 at London with the intention of providing their customers not only a casual and sumptuous meal but also a dining experience that includes a unique visual and sound experience that is not seen on any other café’s elsewhere. Throughout the years the café has globalized in the different parts of the world by offering franchising activity to interested investor. The study is about determining the different strategies that the Hard Rock Café are implementing in their operations for the past years. It also shows how the entity has adopted different strategies or techniques in order to respond to the different demands in their different franchise locations.

II. Problem Statement

In this case study the problem of Hard Rock Café is how will they respond to the different demands of their customers for every store knowing that each store has different taste and preference and how will they strategize in order to give a strong competition to their competitors.

III. Objective of the Study

The objective of this study is to analyze how shall Hard Rock Café strategize in order for them to solve their current problem and understand whether their current tactics is an effective solution for their dilemmas.
