1.0 Introduction.

Training and development has an important role of building human capital, it is the field which is concerned with organizational activity aimed at bettering the performance of individuals and groups in organizational settings. It has to be admitted that training and development plays an irreplaceable role for building human capital.

1.1 Definition of human capital

Human capital refers to workers who have suffered education, training, experience accumulated investment, migration, health and other aspects of acquired knowledge and skills, also known as "non-physical capital." Because of this knowledge and skills can bring wages and other income for their owners, thus forming a specific capital ------ human capital.

1.2 Definition of training and development
