The race that I am choosing to write about is the African American racial group. The reason that I chose this racial group is because they are the most populated out of all the minority races. A majority of African Americans live in area’s that have lower income than most other places. In most cases it is hard for African Americans to find good paying jobs. This is because their either quit school and couldn’t further their education, or they were discriminated against. The pay scale for most of this racial group has had a steady increase throughout the years, but it is still lower than the white race.Politically standing the African American race hasn’t gotten an equal share. Even with the President Obama, most African Americans are still living the same way. Most (95%)of the African American Voters wanted Obama to become president. The way President Obama won the election is because most of the people the he influences was of African American Decent , Under the age of thirty, and first time voters.
