FIRST SET OF INTERROGATORIES TO DEFENDANT ANHEUSER-BUSCH

To: Defendant Anheuser-Busch and its attorney, John Smith, 234 Main Street, Chicago, IL 60601

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Plaintiff Justin King, demands answers to the following interrogatories, under oath, pursuant to Rule 33 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

1. Vehicle Maintenance: What maintenance, if any, was preformed on the truck involved in the accident in the past (6) six months prior to the accident?

a. Who preformed the maintenance on the truck?

b. What were the diagnoses?

c. Who if any preformed the repairs?

d. What parts, if any were replaced?

2. Cargo: I need you to describe the load that was on the trailer on the day in question, How many stops and in what cities. And what was left on the truck when the accident occurred.

3. Devices: Was this truck equipped with any electronic devices, do you use QualComm or peoplenet, GPS or any similar devices? Does the truck have satellite, a black-box or any type of PCM data? Please tell us about any data that was downloaded from the vehicle on the day of the

accident.

4. Witnesses: If you have expert witnesses please state the name and their specialty of all experts whom you wish to call as witnesses at the time of trial. Also, please state the subject matter on which the expert is expected to testify on.

5. Drug and Alcohol Test: Please state whether or not your company preformed a drug and alcohol test on your driver Frank Cuellar on the day in question. If so, do you have the results back yet, and what company preformed the test.
