Subject: Employee Benefits

This memo is in regards to an employee benefits package. Employee benefits are used as a tool businesses to help attract potential applicants. To improve employee satisfaction, and reduce employee turnover. Benefits that most employers offer include but are not limited to paid time off, medical and/or dental coverage, some retirement options, along with some additional assistance during life changing events.

We have found that employees are willing to work harder, and be more productive for an employer that offers benefit packages and incentives. So through careful consideration, and research, a benefits package is posted below for a licensed insurance agent position. These benefits will be offered after thirty days, and will go into effect the first of the month following the date in which they enroll in the coverage. As an added incentive under the discretion of the manger’s cash bonuses will also be available to those employees who meet the required goal set forth.

Health Insurance: The employee will receive medical insurance through Blue Cross and Blue Shield at the price of $59 per paycheck for the employee only. If the employee adds a spouse, and or their dependents the amount due from the employee will increase to the amount of $135 per paycheck.

Dental insurance: Will be available through Blue Cross and Blue Shield at the rate of $35 per paycheck for the employee only. Again, if the employee would like to add a spouse, and or dependents then the amount due from the employee will increase to the amount of $55 per paycheck. This amount also includes Vision coverage.

Paid time off: This is time away from work such as one week vacation time after the first year, all major...
