This paper offers Kudler Fine Foods an idea to facilitate definite organizational and leadership style changes, toward the energetic work environment, within the walls of the Kudler Fine Foods. This paper looks into Kudler's operational procedures, as they each affect the most important facet of this business, and the company’s organizational makeup. Given that, Kudler Fine Foods is a company with a flourishing blueprint, derived by one Owner, Kathy Kudler.

Developmental and organizational change is forthcoming to keep up with up-to-date trade and industry trends. This will be rather an exploratory assessment, merely, to draw attention to the strategic elements of Kudler Gourmet Food chain while examining matters associated to change, and additional organizational dealings. Other issues and functions significant to the framework associated with the organizational culture. These issues and functions hold a radical influence on human resources, and financial objectives the company will research more in-depth as the day’s move forward. Once complete as a manager I will follower-up as needed and communicate with each employee by means of a chart distribution with an explanation of the findings.

As an effective organizer I will be capable of arranging and overseeing personnel, finances, physical assets, and information. I will work diligently to achieve the companies most wanted goals effectively, collectively and efficiently.
