Executive Summary

The objective of this report is to investigate the performance of AllRepairs in JGW to determine whether there is adequate customer satisfaction in regards to the service of repair refrigeration or not. In addition, the company also requires analysis from the Business Analytics Department (BAD) to take responsibility to search and analyze the data. Methods of analysis comprise of the calculation of the hypothesis test and key statistics testing. Moreover, there are five key statistics testing which is first, how long of customers spending time; second, the time spending of mechanic in each job mechanic; third, the satisfaction of customers; fourth, the comparing between the level of difficulty and mechanic and finally is the comparing of difficulty and efficiently of mechanic. The computations of this report are all generated in Microsoft Excel.

Through hypothesis testing, AllRepairs in JGW did not achieve the key performance that at least 82% of customers either satisfied or very satisfied. For purpose of reach customers' satisfaction, it is recommended to choose the mechanic which has more experience to reduce the repair time.

There is a sample size of 293 that are drawn from the population and it is supposed that it is a random sample. This report is statistically computed which predicates on the population parameters assisting to assess the whole population.

This report basically composed of two parts:

A. The information of background and comparing the correlation and variables

It includes data illustration which is using diverse types of graphs such as histogram, scatter spot and pie chart to analyze and figure the main feature of data. Through the showing graphs, it can be seen that there is multi correlation in those data to achieve efficiently and effectively. For example, the mechanic identifier and the number of years which the year is the mechanic has been with AllRepairs.
