INTRODUCTION
Career development calls for a lifelong process of progression
Management in the fields of learning as well as work. This process
Actually provide individuals with an opportunity to discover
their inner abilities and strength and to decide which career they
should pursue which best matches with their potentials . Like
the stages of development an individual goes through phases in
his/her career development. This is characterized in the changing
patterns of activities, career concerns, and values and needs which person goes through as he goes older Super and Hall proposed that
there are five basic stages in career development. I’m going to
apply the following stages to my career plan.

PREPARATION
I’m Lorrain joy Fabila Bato-ampo. Currently im studying
Bachelor of science in Accountancy in Polythecnic University
of the Philippines-Bataan branch. Right now my goal is to
survive in this course eventhough im only a 1st year student and
graduate on March 2017. After that my new goal is to became a
Certified Public Accountant and become a manager of SGV.
But ofcourse before that I must strive hard...
