State of Confusion

The State of Confusion statue requiring all the trucks and towing on the highway to the use the B-type truck hitch was not reasonable to Tanya Trucker. Meanwhile since the Federal Government has not yet made any attempt to regulate the truck hitches used by any trucker on the nations highway she is able to file a suit. The court Tanya Trucker will have jurisdiction over could be in a civil court, reason being Tanya Trucker is unhappy with the way the company will have extra expenses to accommodate the needs of the highway. In the meantime Tanya Trucker is familiar of what is needed but not happy about the additional expenses the statue imposes on her business and since she is filing suit against Confusion to overturn the statue and any expenses she has spent the case can be filed in the jurisdiction of civil court. The Confusion statue can become constitutional or unconstitutional depending on certain standings. The civil suit must be determined by the courts if the case is constitutional or unconstitutional since the company has the right to set his or her own rules.

The court will have to make a valid judgment on decision because the statue can go either way of being constitutional or unconstitutional. So the provision of the U.S Constitution will be applied by a court to determine the statute and rather the judgment are constitutional or unconstitutional. The courts will look at the situation and rules to determine the purpose of the trucks and towing trailing using the B-type hitch. The court will look at the purpose benefiting another company to gain profits or just helping the highway as well as the people. One of the main arguments maybe is Tanya Trucker Company the only company having to pay or purchase the B-type hitch and is Tanya Trucker Company the only one disputing the charges.
