Title - Determining Organizational Financial Goals
1) REVENUE SOURCES:
Estimate first-year sales (REVENUE NOT PROFITS) for each market segment you plan to target. State your sales forecast estimates in either dollars or local currency. (For example, some companies sell both to consumers and businesses. A heating company may sell furnaces to homeowners as well as to companies. These markets should have separate sales projections)
SUMMARY:
The ultrasonic bug/pest repellent is a need for the people of the Philippines and is a product that can be sold towards households and businesses with no problems selling to any demographic and geographical segments within the country. Within the city of Manila alone, we have made estimated some numbers of how much revenue we could expect to receive for the first year of sales in business with selling to both households and companies. With keeping in mind all of our costs of starting up our business in the Philippines we have estimated a grand total of around 350,000 U.S.D or $14,700,000 Philippine dollars. We’ve realize that there won’t be a profit for the first few years of business but as long as we keep a strong steady or booming source of revenue we can remain in operation. We hope to make quarterly revenue from our household sales to be around $924,000 Philippine Dollars. The expected quarterly return for our sales to businesses could be around $400,000-$500,000 Philippine dollars. We have taken note that our business sales will not be as successful as our household sales do to the fact that most pest/bug problems are occurring far more at households rather than at work.
