Module 1 Case Assignment

Subject: New Email Policy

All,

This is to inform all of you of some new email policies that are going to take effect. These are not directed at anyone in particular in the organization just some things that we need to take a look at and enforce.

* Make good use of the Subject line, ensure that the recipient will know what the email is about by looking at the subject.

* Send emails to only who needs that information that is provided in it, this will avoid people receiving emails that will waist their valuable time

* When responding to group emails only respond to who needs the response which is usually the sender.

* When sending emails be polite we are all coworkers here and don’t want to create an unwanted hostile work environment

* Proofread your email, check for spelling and grammar issues and ensure that it states what you are wanting it to.

* Don’t set with your email open all day, check it a few times a day and respond to the emails that you have received.

If we all follow these simple email policies it can assist us all with the reduction on the amount of emails that we are all receiving and give us more time to accomplish our mission.

If you have read and understand these new policies please send me an email telling me that you agree to them. If there are any questions about any of the above policies please email me and we can address your concerns.

Sincerely
