There are techniques that I would use to fix this issue that is surrounding the customer's relationship with Bill. The task is to discover anything about the program Bill may not like and then I can listen to the verbal as well as the non-verbal cues as well. I know I would have to discover many ways to develop strategies so that way it does not upset or anger Bill . Next I would also have techniques. Then I will increase my listening skills, in which by increasing my listening skills that has helped and furthered my relationship with Bill and it actually help me gain more business because I can and always will provide excellent customer service.

Now with Bill being upset and angry I listen to everything he was saying and that he wasn't saying in true order to understand whether it was spoken or even unspoken reasons of these problems. So the best way to do on my part was to listen and not to interrupt Bill. When listening and not interrupting has help me to gain Bill's trust. Many people in time do or are very impatient and upset and if you were to considered interrupting that person it could make things very worse even awkward. I have always been able to read between the lines by listening to the tone of Bill's voice, I would work on a step by step basis and just reassure Bill of the issues at hand and I would make sure to the best of my ability to solve these issues, if the issues were not able to be solved then I would suggest to Bill some different options at hand.

Now with Bill, here is were nonverbal and verbal communication interact. Bill when he called he was using Verbal Communication. Verbal Communication is referred to Language.
