A. Background of the Researches
As the world progresses in a new age of technology, society becomes more dependent on cyberspace. It may be individual but they are all interconnected by electronic communications networks such as internet and telecommunications network (Zekos, 2013). Dan green discuss the problem with the increasing number of dependence in the internet/cyberspace. Though an individual is not using internet, but the people he depends on is using internet, he is still connected in to the cyberspace (Geer, 2013). As the number of dependent people increase, research of Iulian Popa is correct that cyberspace is becoming a wide world of information that new governance should take control of it and it is an international concern as the threat it still there.
