My decision to pursue an MBA Degree
The objective of this paper is to construct and support an argument on my decision to pursue an MBA degree to further my career, start a new career or achieve a personal goal. My paper will include consideration of the Jungian Personality Assessment on how I am perceived by others. The paper will assess on my personal score from the personality test. Personality test results will help understand how we are perceived among our work group and how to use it to our advantage.
My goal is personal development in both my career and personal life. Being in the MBA program, I hope to gain some basic skills that allow me to perform better, more efficient, and learn to handle conflicts in the workplace as well as in my personal life. Writing is one of the most common ways to communicate today. My current job involves a great deal of writing, critical thinking and customer service. It is imperative to improve my writing skills, time management, and decision-making. I want to communicate better and help others complete their job more effectively. I believe the MBA program will help me enhance my writing and verbal communication skills on a personal and professional level.

reasons an MBA degree program is a fantastic degree to
pursue (Daflos, 2010). In her list, it states that an MBA degree
program will brighter job prospects, can advance ones salary
greatly in ones current job or a more competitive salary for a
new job, opportunities to those looking to manage their
own small business, those who want to work for a large
firm in an analyst capacity. As an MBA student, it is likely
that someone will be presented with internship opportunities.
