Overview

In the coming months, the team structure and direction will experience modifications in order to perform the new responsibilities that have been assigned. This proposal is the road map for managing these changes and addresses all aspects to position the team for success.

Staff

The job descriptions for each position have been identified as well as the qualifications necessary to be successful in each position. The staff will consist of four Solution Representatives and one Solutions and Service Manager. The Solution Representatives will report to the Solutions and Service Manager. Job descriptions and qualifications are identified for each position below:

Solutions Representative

Job Description: Our Solutions Representatives work closely with our customers to identify their needs and create a service package which will meet the standard safety requirements while streamlining their efforts. A part of closing the new customer sales, the Solutions Representative will negotiate and finalize the customer contract. The Solutions Representative acts as the end to end point of contact for our customers. This job requires a strong knowledge base of the industry and a keen awareness to the changing regulations in environmental safety. As a service provider, the position will be responsible to develop a positive relationship with the customers for follow up and maintenance of our products. The representative must be able to creatively handle any issues, address customer questions and be the face of the company to all potential new customers. There will be travel in order to provide excellent service to all of our customers.
