The cyber security bill known as CISPA should not be passed because it violates the basic civil rights of Americans. The United States House of Representatives approved the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act (CISPA or H.R. 3523) on April 26, 2012. CISPA will now have to make its way through the Senate.
