Club IT, Part Two

Club IT is a downtown music venue managed and owned by two ambitious people which are Ruben Keys and Lisa Tejada. Club IT is a fun and relaxing environment, where friends, co-workers, and family can get together and have a good time listening to a live band and different variety of music. People often come to Club IT to learn new dance steps and have an overall good time with the atmosphere.

Club IT has came so far with the changes in the club; however there is a few problems that need to be resolve. Due to the high amount of competitors in this area, Club IT needs to fix these three problems in order to gain a competitive advantage. Club IT suffer from communication with the clientele, information management, and too many vendors. The customers that come to Club IT are into the internet and use their technology on a regular basis. Customers use devices that causes for wireless communication. Currently, the supply chain for the club has a broad range and need to be minimized. The way to resolve these problems is by using Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP).

During this time of increasing the club environment and atmosphere, Ruben and Lisa can also increase their client retention and enhance a better customer relationship by applying CRM. Since technology is growing rapidly in society with people using mobile technology and wireless connection, Club IT should invest in providing Wi-Fi connections. Most phones have the ability to use Wi-Fi connection which will allow their internet service to run faster. Customers can order tickets for upcoming events right from their phones. Since email and texting are part of the new technology generation, it would be beneficial for customers to receive emails or text when they order tickets or when the club has food and drinks specials.
