Life Time Experience of a Past Person

I can never forget that night. It was late cold in the winter; I could see the trembling breathe from my body as it blows in front of me. My mind and body was anxious with anxiety I could feel my sweaty palms as I continuously rubbed them against my attire.

I had been a great admirer of Gandhi so to dine out with Gandhi to eat with him -this imagination filled me with great excitement. The day was Sunday and it was holiday. I woke up early in the morning fresh myself and dressed up well. I was excited that the coming moment was going to be a life time movement. My eyes were on my watch. My imagination, my excitement was of no limit. The man who compail British(Who had huge army and weapons) to leave India without using weapons. How a man can even think of this? I have read a lot about him, his AHINSA,SATYAGRAHA and TRUTH. It was quite a late afternoon, I reached a restaurant half an hour before six O" clock because I was knowing that he is very much punctual of the time.

My eyes were stuck on the door. I was thinking of great personality will be reaching here within a few second. I was trying to make myself easy and comfortable. At last quite right at 6 o clock a simple man walked into the restaurant. My eyes left to blink even. This the man who fought with strong British army for liberating India. It was a great surprise to me. I ran towards him to greet him. We came near our table. I did still not believe that Gandhi, the greatest person I ever heard was in front of me. I was in great shock and surprise. Mr. Gandhi understood my condition, he smile and said- should we now sit and we sat on our chairs. The great man was beside me it was the happiest movement of my life.

He was wrapped in a dhoti,he had a stich in his hand and he had worn a simple slipper. He was talking with me in English. No one can believe that a man who had a simple attire had such a good command on foreign language. Iwant to do everything which i could do for him in two or three hours....
