Dear committee officer,

I’m writing to recommend Ms *** to your consideration of the MBA courses admission in your university. I am the co-director of ***. I have known Ms *** since last May, and now she still works as a volunteer teacher in my institute.

Referring to ***’s working management ability, I must say that she is an excellent fast leaner. Graduating with the major of finance, she spent only three months making up the knowledge in a strange field and finally passed the admission examination. When she works here, she is totally competent in Chinese teaching and culture spreading. After an academic year’s effort she got highly praised by the faculty and students, especially from the 2nd Experimental Middle School. With the fast learning ability, she could quickly and accurately seize the key point of solving problem.

*** also has the capacity to manage multiple tasks at the same time. Besides daily teaching and office work, we hold many different kinds of activities, such as cultural lectures, Chinese tests, Chinese bridge competitions, Chinese lunar new year celebration and international conferences etc. However we only have a few staff in our institute. With so many activities listed on the schedule, each person has to stick to two or three projects at same time. Although under such pressure, *** is quite qualified for the work with high intensity. She has a good habit to follow up the project until everything has been fully prepared. With that habit, she could control multiple tasks together and make her work well-organized.

I hope a young lady like *** could receive a high level education from your MBA courses to enrich her experience. With the precious opportunity if she could get, she would definitely gain a bright future.
