INTRODUCTION

No one can deny that coolburst is a successful juice producing company. If you ask the Miamians, the School Kids, and the Management of Coolburst, they will tell you it has made a mark that cannot be erased. This over exaggerated feeling of accomplishment, without question is the foundation on which its problems of stagnation lies.

Coolburst is experiencing a major organizational struggle between what initially worked that got them to where they are, and what it will take to take them to the future. How to move this company that has remained stagnant for four years to a viable and competitive company is the huddle that Reboredo the CEO has to overcome.

Structured round the traditional family oriented background of the founder, the employees’ mostly Miamians were loyal and conservative in mind and in appearances. They treated each other with respect and politeness. A culture of never complaining, never arguing and never swearing. They cherished this culture and holds it dearly that it will become one of the most difficult obstacle to creativity. Management, on its part, was satisfied with the short success the Company had enjoyed. Their hearts and minds were closed to innovation and creativity and suppressed any attempt to take the Company to new direction. Coolburst was frozen in time.

Our goal therefore, in this analysis is to help coolburst achieve creativity on all levels. From the truck drivers to the CEO. We also intend to show how coolburst can promote creativity and innovation through its policies, culture and Management style. How to achieve these and make coolburst a champion once again is a major aspect of this analysis.
