To improve the production of fish population in Banate Bay by 30% each year.

1. Banate Bay has been traditionally known as the most productive fishing grounds in the island of Panay2. Based on interviews, harvest from the bay area has improved.3. An important role of the members of the community-based associations in the program is their participation as fish wardens on voluntary basis4. The Sangguniang Kabataan was initiated into the process of community involvement in reforestation | 1.
