INTRODUCTION:

The research article raises the various challenges facing by the e-commerce consumers viz., Ethical issues, Perceptions of risk in e-service encounters and challenges for e-commerce education. It also examines the different oppurtunities of e-commerce like e-business, e-learning, e-education e.t.c and developing countries and future media of e-commerce. It also examined the factors influencing the distribution and forms of global e-commerce

BRIEF SUMMARY:

The research article starts with explaining how an e-commerce bought revolution in various aspects like education, how the e-commerce enabled e-learning and how the organizations are making use of e-commerce for ramping up their businesses. It gives the factors influencing the distribution and forms of global e-commerce .All countries are not likely to benefit equally from the virtuous circle of Internet diffusion created by globalization and multiple revolutions in Communication technologies (ICTs). Forces influencing the distribution of global e-commerce and its forms include economic factors, political factors, cultural factors and supranational institutions. Economic factors mainly influence perceived relative advantage of Internet use whereas political and cultural factors influence the compatibility of the Internet with a society.
