1. Average social networking users do not really understand the danger could caused by exposing their profile to the public, especially for starters. It turns out that many users do not have any idea that allowing HTML in comments may harm them, as the author mentioned as an example. Unfortunately the ability that user could link to offsite content is found intended to be harmful perhaps to another users, which leads to a conclusion where that could only work if social networking sites lack of identity verification of each user (Prince 2009).!

2. As the two researches (Nathan Hamiel and Shawn Moyer) suggested that tightening default privacy setting and importance of the users to be aware of the possible threats could really help a lot. Those problems would hopefully solve perhaps by creating like a little box which appears after log-in (for the new followers) with some security information (Prince 2009).!

3. As a user, I would like to be educated of how to set my profile to be private which this mentioned on the article too. Facebook has just created a new privacy setting recently, this could be found on the top right-hand corner on the profile. So then I literally explore how the new setting works by going on the page itself. It turns out that, now I could choose if I would like my profile to be seen to public or friends or even custom. If I decided to choose custom, I could set my profile to be seen by my friends of friends or specific people or even to those people who are in the same network with me which they might not be my friends. Every new user must choose a network to join before becoming official Facebook users, it is on the process of signing up.!
