The systems in place today deal with more information than ever before in the history of humankind.

McBride Financial is to be the leader in providing low cost mortgage services in its region to homebuyers, specializing in first-time homebuyers and clients with credit problems. Mr. McBride will rely on technology to allow customers to choose the mortgages they want instead of using a large staff of brokers and secretaries to sell financing packages to customers. By keeping the staff small and relying technology, Mr. McBride plans to save on labor costs and maintain profitability. Customers will apply online and fill out their own paperwork electronically. They will also get their approvals or disapprovals electronically. The lending committee will make decisions to approve or not approve a loan from the home office, but they will not all be in the office. The lending committee members will then be required to communicate remotely and access the database remotely on a daily basis.

Eight offices, the first two at Boise, Idaho (is the home office) and Sioux Falls, South Dakota. One in Montana, two in Wyoming, two in North Dakota and one more in South Dakota in Rapid City.

Home Office: three brokers and two admin assistants to handle administrative issues company wide.

Two to three brokers in each office, working on commission and will provide their own laptop computers. The company will provide the networks, internet access, printers, fax and telephones for each office. Each office has experienced receptionist from 8 am to 5 pm, M – F to open and close the office, green clients, answer the phone and take care of local record keeping
