The undersigned are Bachelor of Science in Social Work third year students of Bicol University College of Social Sciences and Philosophy and are presently taking up the subject SW 24 Social Work Community Education and Training. Part of the requirements of the course is to make a project proposal and module out of a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) conducted in an organization or any type of group.
