About this Questionnaire
This job documentation questionnaire is used to classify upper/lower management, including current, vacant and new positions. The office support arrangement systems operates a skills and competency based system. This questionnaire was designed to measure and categorize advancements within a specific job duty and minimum education and experience levels.
New/vacant positions: the supervisor and hiring manage completes this questionnaire, and should keep in mind that the questions are about the requirements of the position and the responsibility that the employee will perform and are required regularly.
Current positions: this involves the supervisor, employee and office head. This type of questionnaire should separate the employee’s knowledge and experience from what the job requires.
