This journal gives practical advice about how to improve your heart health before and after a heart attack. It takes common questions related to heart attacks and gives scientific answers to them. It also confirms or debunks common myths about heart health. This newsletter attempts to remove medical jargon and educate non-medical people.

I would consider this source to be reliable and unbiased. It was released by Harvard medical school so I doubt there is any misleading data. The goal of this article is to inform people about proper heart health procedures. This source will help my project as I attempt to inform people of heart health tactics and how to deal with a heart attack. It was very useful in finding out different ways to improve your heart health. It also helped lead me away from popular, but false ways of improving your heart health.

This is a nonfiction journal that explores the common beliefs about heart attack causation. The effect of the causation on each other was studied, along with their perceived severity. Three main causes were evident. First being the effect of stress on the heart, second the impact of genes on heart attack likelihood, and lastly the type of work a person does can effect heart attack rates.

I consider this to be a very reliable and unbiased source. It has many authors and references which leads me to believe there is no fabricated information. The goal of this source is to inform people and not to sway their opinions. This source will help my project as I try to describe some of the main causes of heart attacks.
