Report This Essay

Executive summary:

This report provides an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of Electro Logic (EL) from a motivational perspective. Recommendations discussed include equal treatment of all employees, increased availability of upper management to subordinates, and increased acknowledgement of employees’ performance and contributions.
