Bad Souls

Bad souls take over unconscious or weak bodies of humans, so they are sent to Soul Prison. Three good souls sent through would-be miscarriages are sent to earth, destined/assigned to destroy one bad soul that escaped from soul prison.

Wait, I found a problem. If bad souls are sent to Soul Prison because they’re causing problems on Earth, shouldn’t there already be a bad soul catching system?

Potential Answer: Yes, there is a system. There are a lot of Bad Soul Catching People on Earth, but Bad Guy is a really bad soul. The Soul Police put him in a very special place in Soul Prison, but he escaped to Earth.

Problem with Potential Answer: If Bad Guy is such a horrible soul, why would they only send one Soul Catching Person (and, evidently, a not very well trained one at that, considering she failed).

Bad Guy breaks out of Soul Prison and goes to Earth to wreak havoc. Hailey is sent to Earth to find Bad Guy and bring him back to Soul City. Rose and Nameless Guy are sent to Earth to train/banished from Soul City/something like that. Sixteen/Eighteen/a lot of years later, Hailey is in a horrible accident and ends up in a coma. After two months/a long time with Hailey in a coma, the Soul Government decides to send Rose and Nameless Guy after Bad Guy. Another month/not too long of a time later, Hailey wakes up from her coma (she is actually taken over by Bad Guy, but the readers don’t know that yet). The three decide to work together to find Bad Guy, but Hailey is leading them in the wrong direction. Rose and Nameless Guy find out that Hailey was taken over by Bad Guy (have to work out how). And then something happens at the end, which is actually the beginning, so we have to work this out too.

Twist at the end: first good soul was actually taken over by bad soul.

Characters:

1st good soul—Hailey. Blond hair, purple eyes.

2nd good soul—Brown hair, green eyes.

3rd good soul—Rose. Black hair, ice blue eyes.
