Restudy the business environment. Cash Flow, Operational activities, Manpower, recruitment process , maintenance and other area that might affect or may contribute to the whole organization. A much better marketing strategy that can captures the eye of the consumer to increase the number of members. Strategize on how to maintain the current customer. Implement survey and customer satisfaction raings process.
