Production:

Huh…first of all, as a production manager, I think it is a very bad decision to delay upgraded version of existing products. According to the research conducted by our marketing team, over 90 % of students nowadays prefer new things to learn, we should continue to give fresh experience for students to enjoy. Therefore, the upgrade of products is necessary.

Second, for item 2, we need to maintain a good quality control to reduce bugs and defects. As a result, return of products or complaints from customers will be reduced. We can also save cost on customer service and build up a positive image to our company as well.

Finally, I believe it is a better way to reduce cost by doing item 4. As our team has upgraded the computers and graphics packages half year ago, we should maintain the current package rather than changing so often.

So, Emma, what is your opinion on cost deduction?

Sorry, may I say sth here? I suggest we can reduce market research into new products. Should we consider that using the saving cost to concentrate on the production and promotion of current products?

Yup, Emma, we should explain to our shareholders that the reason of reduction in dividend is not because of deficit; on the other hand, it is to reserve resource to uplift our quality of product and technical support.
