Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev) is a Limited-Liability Corporation founded in 1852 based out of St. Louis, Missouri. AB InBev is the leading American brewer, holding a 47.6 percent share of U.S. beer sales to retailers. This corporation likely chose LLC because of the limited liability it provides their members, they are not personally liable for debts. With a company this large, it wise to choose this type of organization. You can also create your own rules and policies as an LLC rather that have set rules governed in your state.

They are a publicly traded company and is considered one of the world’s top five consumer products companies. They have 200 beer brands, employ over 155,000 employees and have an annual revenue of 43.2 billion USD. They currently have six operational zones in North America, Mexico, Latin America North, Latin American South, and Asia Pacific. Some of the major stakeholder of Anheuser-Busch in include its internal stakeholders include the customers and media of AB InBev as well as the top stockholders that include Wellington Management Company (LLC), Waddell & Reed Financial Inc., Bank of America, Wells Fargo & Company, and FMR, LLC.
