In order to be able to establish a greater presence on Kava, the Military Command needs to deal with the problem that is occurring. This problem solving process has to occur to make certain the desire goals this Military Command has come up with are met. Ignoring, denying and avoiding this problem will cause the business to reach a state of failure that Kava is not ready for. After identifying solutions and providing analysis on the specific steps necessary, then the Military Command will examine it’s decision making model to avoid having conflict with the propose solution.

The problem that occurs with the establishment of this Military Command on Kava is the fact that there is a great threat involving the natural disasters. This presents a hazard and it is consider a great risk to the objective this business is trying to carry out. The objectives are to be able to conduct operational missions that as a result will enable units to deploy, defend and protect the United States of America against all sworn enemies with the tools and training necessary for all soldiers, thus, ensuring safety and wellness to the people living in Kava and the United States. Incorporating other businesses residing in Kava with meeting the goals of this Military Command is vital and it plays a major role. This allows other ideas to be view for the evaluation process on the effects of the problem.

Natural disasters affect this business both positively and negatively. The Military Command is will be establish to provide support and that is what the people residing in Kava needs.
