To completely fund all university courses can be defined as one-hundred percent supporting students’ university tuition fees. Most of the students think that government should fund all universities is a good announcement to make. But the opposite opinions about university funding is still rage on. This essay will explain the reason why the government should not provide free university courses.

First of all, everyone can be able to go to universities would debase college degrees. When the government funds university, almost all of the citizens could attend university for sure because they can study for free. What would happen if seven billions people on this planet would all go to university ? There is not enough place, facilities and teachers to serve everyone’s study needs, it may probably have an impact on the teaching standards. Fred Hilmer (2013) states that “bowing to the high demand for university places threatens our high education standards”. After graduating, —many people will compete for the same position. As a result, some graduates have to find another jobs that have no link to the major they have studied. Therefore, that is a waste of the government’s money and one’s time. Skorup (2013) claims that many graduates must work outside of the field because of the shortage of jobs demand. In Mackinac Center (2010), Hohman proves that concentrating on increasing university degrees will not help one country develop their economy. Therefore, it is impossible to fund all university courses.

Secondly, the government can not pay for every single issues. It is because —the government have to deal with other important issues like economy, military, roads and bridges or healthcare systems. Moreover, there is no relate...
