Problem-based Scenario: You are to think of a start-up company name for your business. Come up with your own business name, corporate address, contact persons/numbers, as well as the products and services you are to offer. As all companies are faced with a variety of situations as they do business on a daily basis, answer the following scenarios below through writing the appropriate business letter. a) You are a sales representative for your company. Write a letter to other companies, introducing one of your new products/services. Be sure to give important details about your product/service. b) You are a market researcher for your company and ding a company profile presentation. Write to the public relations officer of another company you are researching, and ask for information about other company. c) Invite the public relations officer of the company you are researching to be a guest speaker during your presentation next week. Introduce yourself as a researcher interested in their company. d) Write a letter to the public relations officer confirming details of the program/speech next week. Make sure to include time, place, and topic. Offer to help in any way you can. e) You are the public relations officer of the other company. Answer either Letter B or Letter C above.
