Acceptable standards and procedures that company X has and expects from you: 1. Responsibility- As a company we are responsible for our actions. We expect our employees to do their responsibilities at the highest level of production. It is understood that one’s actions can cause consequences but employees are expected to act with accountability when an error occurs. 2. Trustworthiness- As a company we will always be trustworthy. Employees must act with the highest level of business ethics and always act with integrity. As a business we need to be able to rely on each other to achieve our highest goals as company. 3. Caring- As a company we are compassionate about our employees and expect our employees to be compassionate towards others. Helping coworkers, consumers and showing you care is a standard of our company. We understand there is going to be day you do not have compassion for others but we expect you to do what is expected of you 4. Respect-Treat others how you would like to be treated. Always give employees and consumers respect. We understand you will not always agree with your coworkers and the consumers will not always treat you with respect. We will expect you to act with respect and calmly and productively solve the disagreements. Expected in the ethics training program: 1. Ethical Judgmental- Training will provide critical thinking with examples employees may face working for the company. After training, the employee will be able to have ethical judgment and know what is right and wrong. 2. Specific ethics for company X- Every company has different ethical issues and this will explain what company X faces regularly by doing training scenarios over the company’s specific ethical issues. 3. Testing and evaluation- Training will end with testing and evaluation of the employees understanding in ethics.
