The premises of community and market-oriented approach to health care are to provide easy precise and less cost health services to the patients. Now I don’t know at which chapter 10 is this discussion about. Kindly states me the chapter name and book or give this source to me to give precise answer. Whereas multi disciplinary approach is the involving of multi dimension to redefine the problem and analyze and make an appropriate solution to given defined problem. This approach will help a lot for immigrants and refugees. Because through multi dimension we define the problem and get the solution through this.

Through different ways this approach can help in the improvement of health care for the immigrant and refuges. Like we find the new problem and give solution or find the existing problem and give solution. We must provide the appropriate health delivery model to give treatment to the immigrant and refugees in easy way and cost free. I suggest to make a mobile hospital and through this the mediation reach to the house door of the refugees and immigrant and give them treatment at free of cost. If there is a serious problem identified than transfers the patient to the regular standard hospital.
