There is an article that I found through the google search engine today about the Casey Anthony case. The headlines read “Casey Anthony Detectives Overlooked Google Search”. This article is saying that someone used Casey Anthony's computer to search for ‘fool-proof suffocation methods” on the day her 2-year-old daughter Caylee Anthony was last seen alive. This has been a story that seems to go on and on, even after the case was over a year ago in 2011 when Casey Anthony who was on trial for her daughter’s murder, who was acquitted. The story that is reported today isn’t all that clear to me (even though none of this story has ever been in my opinion), they are stating that when they searched computer in the home where Casey Anthony lived with her parents, that this website through google search for "fool-proof" suffocation methods was overlooked. There was another site that was searched and found by investigator at the same time for how to make chloroform, but Casey Anthony's mother, Cindy, claimed on the witness stand that she had done the searches by mistake while looking up information about chlorophyll. In this particular article it seems as though they are certain that this was not discovered during the investigation because it was not mentioned during the trial, so I am to assume that this is a factual article not leaving out or adding any untruth. I think that the author of this article wants to world to hear the real facts about this case and for the people to make their own judgments on whether it was a far trail or not. In my opinion I feel that the more we find out about this case after the fact we will see that the there was poor investigation done on this case. I also don’t think that this article made any implication as to what should have happened or could have happened if this information had surfaced at the time of the trial. It is important to make distinctions when undertaking a critical evaluation so that like in this case someone isn’t wrongly...
