Nowadays, the word of stress is occurring on everybody gradually. Most of the careers are the service industry in Hong Kong. So Hong Kong people always have to get in touch with different customers when providing service. Moreover, many people in Hong Kong are the labors controlled by a firm, and the number of labors is more than the number of bosses, so that many of Hong Kong people are stressed under the boss’s governance or control. Even now Hong Kong students are also sustaining the stress on their studies. In this way, students have to study hard in order to do well in their examinations. As a result, Hong Kong people have stressed pressure during working days and school days virtually.

Hong Kong, as an economic prosperous city, makes the citizen bear more busyness and pressure. It is because they work overtime or work for a long time. Therefore, they feel tired and nervous for doing wrong, and they have given too much pressure on themselves to finish the work immediately. Besides, the economy in Hong Kong is not stable presently, the employees are afraid of getting fired at any time, so of course they are willing to work overtime for retain their jobs. However, it may make the pressure of them become heavier. For this problem, Hong Kong people should spend part of time to have a rest, such as listening to music for relax and slacken their nervous of nerves. Therefore, they can work overtime in a way without stressful.

Many of Hong Kong people as a labor have to face the communication of pressure dealings with their bosses and customers. For example, the labors need to obey their boss and bear their boss’s punishment. So they are working under the pressure that is offered by boss in a harsh monitor situation. In addition, most of the Hong Kong people have to face different customers when providing services.
