SUBJECT: Interface Revamp

Eastern Mountain Mortgages will be holding a one day training seminar in Danvers, Massachusetts and Hilton Head Island, South Carolina on October 18 and 25, 2014 to allow feasibility with the daily processes of the company. The project development team from Eastern Mountain Mortgages will be providing training at the seminars to each branch manager. The seminars will last 10 hours and Eastern Mountain Mortgages will provide breakfast, lunch and dinner during the seminars to ease the burden of cost to attend the training. This will also assist with staying on focus with the training and allow everyone a chance to express any concerns or have their questions answered by the development team.

The seminars will be focused on the compliance policies being implemented and will also cover the new user interface to be used by all employees. The employees that this will have a direct impact on are the loan officers and underwriters as they use the system on a daily basis.

Online seminars will also be provided to the employees of Eastern Mountain Mortgages. There will be a brief quiz at the end of each web seminar in order to build an understanding of the new interface. Branch managers will be the first to be trained on the new interface before it is released company wide.

What Will Be Covered

The company’s implementation plan that is in place will guide the project development team to successfully integrate the interface and business information system by using a database environment such as SQL

The new system will also integrate the local and federal laws and regulations that the company must abide by. The new system will help the company to better assist clients and also increase our integrity within the communities that we work in.
