1) Biographical data of male pharmacists aged 45 yrs

Biographical data refer to facts and notes which talk about the events in the life of an individual. In most cases it gives the details of someone such as date of birth, name, sex, occupation and gender.

For a pharmacist of 45 years he must have settled in a stable relationship and married. He must be also running his own pharmacy since he has enough experience. The pharmacist should be planning to retire soon since aging is around the corner but a little bit far.

2) Theoretical description of his stage of development, observation of physical growth and development and psychological development and growth.

Piaget and Erickson share common opinions that children follow some predetermined order in their in their stages of development. They chose to focus on the social life of a child and the impacts that it has on their sense of self. The theory of psychological development by Erickson outlines 8 stages which distinct of the development of a child and their respective outcomes (Bee, 1992). When each stage is successfully completed it leads to a healthy and good relationship with other individuals

Hence it is extremely important to complete each stage so as to have a healthy personality.

These stages include;

a) Trust versus mistrust

From birth to one year of age a child will start to develop the ability of trusting people based on those who show care for them most of the time.

In case the child successfully develops the trust, he or she gets a sense of security and confidence and is able to live freely without fear even when he or she gets any threats. On the other hand, if the child unsuccessfully finishes this stage, then he or she will develop mistrust and live with fear.It will result in to insecurities, anxiety, feeling of mistrust and anxiety in the world surrounding them.
