As the training supervisor I am arranging a customer service training program for the personnel. The training will take three days and the employees will be paid for the training sessions at the central hub of the company. All aspects of the orientation and training will emphasize key elements within the company, which will rely heavily on job rotations, and on-the- job training.

The orientation program will focus on rules, policies, values, and benefits. Learning these programs such as the company’s values will make the individual job orientation beneficial. Reviews of the rules and policies will emphasize the individual job skills of our employees.

The orientation with our personnel will be reviewing the company’s policies through the company’s employee handbook, which will cover areas such as employee conduct, sexual harassment, and benefits. This on-the-job training program is part of our company’s philosophy and is essential to the success of our operations.

The reputation of the company is only as satisfactory as the employees who maintain within. Throughout the company and years of service to the clients we represent, I as the company’s training supervisor to the company’s foundations for which it stands upon, my only commitment is training and working with each employee.

I will participate in the presentation and will establish key roles in making these presentations, along with the understanding of the new study system and the skills that will be learned by all employees. These tests will determine how teamwork concepts our important to our company and the branches of stores within.

Building teams is a process that requires cooperatives, each individual in these groups are working as a team to solve mental and physical challenges.
