Executive Summary
We have put together an outline plan on a new business to the Clonmel area and surrounding areas within radius.
The strengths and weaknesses are shown along with the opportunities and threats
The name of the company is ‘No Stress Nutrition’ and the website can be found at www.nostressnutrition.ie.
The mission statement of the company is ‘To offer healthy nutritious food served efficiently and with the highest level of customer service.’
Situation Analysis
Currently our organisation has a team of four members. Each member will play a key role:
Karim: Chef and Food Safety Officer. Completed HACCP training.
Sandra: Operations Co-ordinator and HR. Background in retail.
Brid: Service marketing both online and traditional. PR and Media Spokesperson
Elvis: Delivery and distribution, and Key accounts manager.
Industry Analysis
• Society is more conscious of healthy eating and fitness. People are still time poor as they work longer hours to try to pay their mortgages and pay for other household expenses. Yet they still want nutritious healthy food. This is the niche in the market which will be filled by NoStress Nutrition.

• We will adhere to the Irish food Acts and Laws as described in detail on the legislation section of the fsai.ie website. http://www.fsai.ie/legislation/food_legislation.html
• This will include the Food Standards Act 1974
• An important legislation update from October 2013 pertaining to our service would be food labelling/ health claims. This is an EU directive which states a list of permitted health claims and prohibited health claims which may be included on the labelling of food products. We must make sure our service adheres...
