The purpose of the research is to identify the characteristics of Six Sigma and the different ways in that organizations can practice it. The organizations can use methods, which are continuous in nature and can help the organizations to achieve effective and efficient performance in the new era of businesses. The paper suggests that the organizations should practice Six Sigma in order to stay competitive and meet the future needs of the customers by sustaining the globalization and inflation.
