1. Compare Mayonnaise and salad dressing.

-Mayonnaise is made from egg yolk, oil, salt and vinegar and spices while salad dressing is a mixture of mayonnaise, herbs and spices can be used together with pickled vegetables, nuts, fruits, oil, vinegar, sugar, chili, and other condiments. They are used as dips for vegetables and chips or as fillings for sandwiches. Salad dressing is sweeter. They do this by adding sugar and high fructose corn syrup. They developed the salad dressing spread which is made like mayonnaise but has more sugar, vinegar, and water with less egg yolk

- Mayonnaise is used as a sandwich spread and as base in salad dressings while salad dressing is used to enhance the flavor of salads.

2. Differentiate tossed salad from composed salad

- A composed salad is a salad which is arranged with ingredients placed strategically on a plate to enhance the look and or taste of the salad. A tossed salad has all the ingredients mixed or tossed together.

Then seal the bag by twisting the top a few times before closing it firmly with a twist tie. Place it in the fridge, and your greens are good to go.
