Abstract
There are approximately 10,530 students attending the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) for the academic year 2009 to 2010. Parking Services “mission is to provide convenient, safe and attractive parking facilities that accommodate the short and long-term goals of the University.” Our mission is to serve students, faculty, staff and visitors in an equitable fashion with a client centered philosophy.
Parking Services provides parking area for students, faculty, staff and employees 16 reserve lots, two 24 hour reserve lots for dorm students and 15 general lots. Future expansion on campus take away two of our reserve parking lots for construction sites in the spring semester. Students unfortunately will have to park farther away for campus to park but they will be able to use our Carta Bus Shuttle to and from campus.
Carta Bus will provide transportation for commuters and students to park at Engle Stadium which is ½ a mile away from campus.
Parking Services provide transportation around campus for students, faculty, staff and employees to ride the CARTA Bus Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. the bus schedule is 5 to 6...
