We can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our activities, first, by planning the task, on what you are going to do. We need to formulate the mission and our vision to our goal. Second, by organizing, this is the process of making sure that the resources needed are available to complete and achieve the goal. Assigning task is all included in organizing. Third, by leading, it is influencing others in achieving the organizational goal. And last, by controlling, we have to choose in actual or in desire, to process the comparing of desire.
