Taking a Quiz

Attempting a quiz

To attempt a quiz, from your course homepage:

1. Scroll to the block where the Quiz is located.

2. Click on the Quiz title.

The quiz summary page will open.

Note: If you enter the quiz summary page and the Pop-up blocker is turned on, you will be prompted to turn off the Pop-up Blocker.

a. Click the OK button on the Internet Explorer message.

b. Right click on the yellow tool bar at the top of the screen.

c. Select the tab Temporarily Allow Pop-ups link.

3. Click the Attempt quiz now Button.

Note: The time limits and number of attempts on a quiz varies from course to course. These settings are configured by Lecturers. Please read all instructions carefully and consult your Lecturer before attempting the quiz.

Click the OK button to begin your attempt.

4. .The quiz page will open.

Multiple Choice – Click the circle to the left of the response.

Note: The questions may be shuffled or randomized.

5. Click the Save without submitting button to save the response(s) on the current page.

6. Click the page number link or the (Next) link to move to the next page of the quiz.

Once you have responded to all the questions on each page of the quiz, click the Submit all and finish button to send the quiz for marking....
