The Struggles Of A College Student

I believe time management in a major problem for college students. There;s just not enough time in the day to do everything we might need to do. The balancing of school, work, and maintaining a social life is pretty difficult sometimes. If more people knew how to properly time manage then we would all be sufficient college students, but not all of us are.

Nearly 80% of students work while in school, part time or full time. That's a crazy high statistic, with all the students working like that, me being one of them I can say its really hard to balance out school and work. I go to school in the morning and work at night, so I'm awake all day and a lot of the night and its gets tiring, and I'm sure others can relate this this point also. You get home from work and you just don't want to do anything but relax and sleep, but then you realize it's already 11 o’clock and you have school the next morning. These challenges are tough to over come but with a little more energy I think we can maybe change this problem around. You can't quite your job because you need money for the car you drive to get back and forth, so it's not easy right now but hard work will always pay off.

Another issue with college students and maintaining time is their social lives. All college students love their friends and being out at party's. At some point you might need to tell your friends you cant go out or hangout because you need to do school work and that might not be okay with them right away but you know its the right thing to do and maybe sooner or later they will realize always that they need to start studying more and less social activities. Friends will always be there but the opportunity of school and achieving greatness wont always be. I think this is an easy issue to over come, some might not but with a little will power to say no, its possible.
