Birth of the American Revolution

Trade has started in England. Ships are being sent to the West Indies, North America, and India. England is great for business and commerce. There is talk of a war between the French and the British. Wealth is coming are way, by slave trade. England is expanding by uniting with Wales and Scotland. Ireland is thought to one day join it.

George the third is soon to be the king. Hopefully his leadership will be great. We are starting to gain independence from Britain already though. The Stamp Act has everyone all mad. Who knows what will happen next. George Washington is said to become the leader for our future. He will lead us into the Revolutionary War possibly.

Benjamin Franklin, John Adams, and Thomas Jefferson are developing a written document called the Declaration of Independence. John Locke’s ideas are being used in the process of writing it. One of his ideas is popular sovereignty, power of the people. People are starting to take sides and are becoming Loyalists or Patriots. The French are joining us against Britain. Washington is gaining force with the surrender at Yorktown, Virginia. With this, there is said to be a signing of the Treaty of Paris, ending the war. There are writings of Rousseau to contain principles of the basics of Checks and Balances.

James Madison, Benjamin Franklin, and George Washington are going to be having a meeting to enhance the constitution. George Washington is said to be president soon. In the revised constitution, federal republic will separate government. The philosophers Enlightment ideas are also going to be installed. This constitution is said to give us freedom, for all.
